We can duplicate a prior print from files or from scratch (design
charges may apply if we must recreate the design). |
| Do I receive a proof before you print my project?
You will receive proofs prior to printing to ensure accuracy, color
and your satisfaction |
| Is your printing guaranteed?
Our work is guaranteed. |
| How quickly can I get something printed?
Same day - depending upon specifications. Standard delivery is 5 business
days after approval of proof. |
| Do you take RUSH printing orders?
Yes, please contact us for scheduling. |
| How do I send you my artwork?
We have a convenient file upload located on our order and re-order
forms, or
you can mail us your disks. Please see our requirements before sending. |

| Do you provide graphic design services?
Yes we can provide custom design services tailored to your needs. |
| Color Matching
The colors you see on your monitor will most likely not be exactly
the same when printed (and definitely not if you are using a laptop!).
If you have specific color requirements, please contact us to make
sure you're receiving exactly what you're expecting. |
| Preparing Files:
Many major graphics programs come with convenient file preperation
tools that assemble all fonts, graphics, templates, etc. needed for
your print job to ensure that we recieve all we need from you. Some
of the programs/commands are: Corel - Prepare for Service Bureau,
Macromedia Freehand - Collect for Output, MS Publisher - Pack and
Go. |
| Please supply all necessary fonts, graphic images, and photos:

save in TIFF format, 300dpi, 2x's the dimension size of final

| Fonts
include all screen and printer fonts. |
| Images
vector images must be created in the native program.
**if created in pagemaker or publisher, include imported images.
scanned images - save in TIFF format, at 300 dpi. |
| Bleeds and Registration
bleeds must extend 3/16" beyond the edge of the finished
sheet size.
colors which touch should have a .25pt trap/spread, to insure
proper fit. |
| Mock-up
please provide a PDF or illustration/description of final piece,
to eliminate any possible complication or misunderstanding. |
| Set-up
please provide 5/16" gripper at lead edge. |
